日常用品中,什麼東西最毒?                                    
                                                                
  平鎮市六和高中國中部學生                                      
  用免洗筷泡過的水拿來飼養黑殼蝦,                              
  結果二小時蝦子抽搐、一天內死亡、五天後腐爛!                  
                                                                
  學生用此項實驗參加科展拿到第三名。                            
                                                                 
  學生們表示,免洗筷最毒!                                      
  即便熱水燙過,也名列第二毒。                                  
                                                                
  六和高中國中部學生參加桃園縣科學展覽                          
  包辦第一、三名找出最毒日常用品這項最受矚目,                  
  因為和大家生活息息相關。                                      
                                                                
  指導老師陳念雯、梁思梅                                        
  及學生劉冠志、蔡育儒、宋柏儒、謝皓任等人,                    
  透過實驗發現的最毒日常用品前三名                              
  依序是免洗筷、燙過的免洗筷、                                  
  自助餐店裝湯外帶的半透明塑膠袋。                              
                                                                
  宋柏儒等人先用 500cc的冷水浸泡免洗筷,                         
  然後加熱到80度,再等到自然冷卻,                              
  前述步驟重複十次,                                            
  再用這種水飼養五隻黑殼蝦,                                    
  結果二小時開始抽搐,一天就死亡,                              
  經過五天後,飼養水體變混濁發臭,                               
  完全看不到蝦的蹤影!                                          
                                                                
  如果以這種水孵育綠豆芽、養殖浮萍,                            
  得到的結果差不多,五天內植物就會枯死。                        
                                                                
  燙過的免洗筷 還是很毒…                                        
                                                                
  學生們再用熱水燙過免洗筷,                                    
  丟掉燙過的水後再重新浸泡,                                    
  也有前述重複十次浸泡冷卻後,                                  
  拿來養五隻黑殼蝦,結果是第二天才死去;                        
                                                                
  顯然免洗筷燙過後還是很毒!                                    
                                                                
  學生們表示,                                                  
  重複十次泡免洗筷溶出免洗筷內的二氧化硫,                      
  二氧化硫是用來漂白、消毒之用;                                
                                                                 
  不過他們沒有檢驗水中二氧化硫的濃度。                          
                                                                
  學生們建議,                                                  
  能不用免洗筷最好就不要用,                                     
  非要使用的話,                                                
  一定要先燙過再用, 以減輕毒性。                               
                                                                
  毒性名列第三名的是半透明塑膠袋,                              
  裝湯後溶解出來的是雙酚A、可塑劑,                              
  實驗第三天,五隻蝦就全死光。

  我一直沒有注意到鋁罐沙茶醬                                    
    竟是致命的殺傷力常常吃完火鍋後,                            
  情緒低落、易感疲倦、胸悶、                                    
  腸、胃、肝、腎漸感不適。                                      
                                                                
                                                                 
  吃不完的罐頭食品千萬別直接放入冰箱                            
  ~~ 鋁中毒,一定要看完喔!                                     
                                                                
  很多人常會把吃不完的罐頭直接放冰箱,                          
  以為這樣就可以保存了,                                        
  錯錯錯,千萬記得, 吃不完的鋁製罐頭,                         
                                                                
  例:玉米罐、鋁罐裝沙茶醬、                                    
  海底雞等等等 之類的鋁製罐頭食品,                              
  吃不完記得先把罐頭裡剩的倒在碗裡面,                          
  然後保鮮膜封住,在放入冰箱保存,                              
  為了健康別再懶得做 這動作了,記住呀~                          
                                                                
  吃不完的罐頭食品千萬別直接放入冰箱。                           
                                                                
  中部一家頗知名、強調健康飲食的連鎖餐廳的外燴場所,            
  我卻發現他們竟然使用鋁製鍋具。                                
                                                                
  看來國人對選擇炊煮用具的認知與要求還是不夠。                  
                                                                
  我曾拜訪一家食品罐頭製造工廠的老板。                          
                                                                
  訪談中,只見他的頭                                            
  每隔一段短暫的時間就會不自覺的抽動。                          
                                                                
  雖然他熱情的介紹他的罐頭食品,                                
  以及如何精心研發調理出獨特風味,                               
  所以銷售業績一直領先同業。                                    
                                                                
  說著說著,                                                    
  他馬上打開一罐食品要我們品嚐,                                
  自己則以身作則先吃了一口。                                    
                                                                
  看著他暗沉無光的臉,                                          
  年輕旺盛的生命力,                                            
  仍掩不住頭部已出現的症狀,                                     
  我忍不住為他的健康擔心。                                      
                                                                
  我善意的提了兩個建議:                                        
  改善食物調味添加物;                                          
  另外建議他將鋁製容器改成玻璃容器。                            
                                                                
  臨別,我用開玩笑的口吻告訴他:                                
  「老闆,能夠改變,你可賺更多的 喔!」                      
                                                                 
  有多少人在失去健康以後,                                      
  才刻骨銘心的了解                                              
  【健康】才是千金難買的財富啊!                                
                                                                
                                                                
  「鋁」是用黏土從! ! 鎔爐中提鍊出來的,                      
  鋁鍋經過多次使用以後,                                        
  就會出現斑駁的黑點,                                          
  這是食物中的鹼、鹽、酸等等礦物質                               
  溫或長時間置放,所產生的溶解現象。                      
                                                                
  注意鋁製罐頭外包裝的文字內容,                                
  有時會看到良心的標示建議,                                    
  如:未食用完請置於玻璃瓶內 或陶製容器內,                     
  但是很多消費者從來未曾注意,                                  
  吃不完就 罐放進冰箱,                                      
                                                                
  想吃的時候,隨時再取出進食,                                  
  不知不覺中造成慢性的鋁中毒。                                  
                                                                
  鋁中毒現象有情緒低落、易感疲倦、                              
  胸悶、腸、胃、肝、腎..                                        
  隨著個人不同的身心背景,                                       
  在身體最虛弱的部位反映出來。                                  
                                                                
  鋁中毒不易察覺,                                              
  一般人都會根據身體產生的不適症狀,                            
  找醫師做藥物治療。                                             
                                                                
  如果在生活中未能檢視自己的身心狀態,                          
  尋找生病的源頭,長期下來傷害神經系統,                        
  將引起老人癡呆症。(Alzheimer's Disease)                        
                                                                
  丟掉鋁鍋,不再使用鋁製罐頭食品,                              
  多攝取維他命C,可以幫助身體加速排毒,
